November 18, 2026
12:00 pm-1:30 pm

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP

1301 6th Avenue

Judge Furman chairs the Judicial Conference Evidence Rules Advisory Committee, which has been considering whether and how to amend the Federal Rules of Evidence to address issues raised by artificial intelligence, including the reliability of machine-generated evidence and the authenticity of evidence given the proliferation of deepfakes.

Join Judge Furman for his discussion on the Committee’s work – including what happened at its most recent meeting on October 15th – and on issues relating to artificial intelligence and the courts in general.
