Xenia Wong

Xenia Wong practices Canadian corporate and securities law in New York with a particular emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other cross-border matters.

Xenia’s practice is shaped by her pragmatic approach to corporate finance and her international experience. She provides tailored legal advice for U.S. and other international clients doing business in Canada.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Xenia worked at Magic Circle firms in Singapore, Hong Kong and London, where she advised on a wide range of high profile and innovative international securities transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. She has advised on Rule 144A / Regulation S offerings, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and private placements of equity and debt securities. She has represented multi-national and emerging market issuers as well as major investment banks as underwriters’ counsel.  Xenia has also completed secondments to Bank of America N.A. and Deutsche Bank AG.  Xenia has been admitted to the practice of law in Ontario and British Columbia.
